Zubie Five Sports ("Zubie Five," "we," "us," or "our") is a community sports and partnership network headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. We connect youth sports organizations, nonprofits, municipalities, and independent sports properties with brand sponsors through a commission-based brokerage model.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit zubiefive.com, portal.zubiefive.com, chat.zubiefive.com, and contact.zubiefive.com. Please read it carefully. Continued use of our sites constitutes acceptance of this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Sports programs, audience size, and season information
• Sponsorship goals and business objectives

• Service Providers: Formspree processes and delivers form submissions to our inbox. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data. Calendly handles meeting scheduling. Each provider's own privacy policy governs their handling of data.
• Potential Sponsors (with your knowledge): As part of our sponsorship brokerage service, we share relevant organizational details with prospective brand partners on your behalf. We will always communicate what is being shared before doing so.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zubie Five, our clients, or the public.
• Business Transfer: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer to the acquiring entity.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and analyze site usage.

Categories collected: Identifiers (name, email, phone); commercial information (organization details, goals); internet activity (pages, IP); geolocation (city, state).

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our websites and services are directed exclusively at adults — coaches, league directors, administrators, nonprofit staff, municipal employees, and brand professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are under 13, do not submit any information through our websites. If we learn we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us immediately at community@zubiefivesports.com.

While Zubie Five serves organizations that support youth sports, our platform is not designed for or directed at youth participants. All interactions are with adult representatives of those organizations.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. Our websites use HTTPS encryption. Form submissions are processed through Formspree, which maintains its own security practices.

No transmission method over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Our websites may link to third-party sites including Calendly, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube. These sites have their own privacy policies.
