Local sponsorship revenue solves three problems at once β for families, for your budget, and for how your city shows up in the community.

A tournament weekend, a showcase, or a multi-day event draws visitors, teams, and foot traffic your city doesn't see on a normal weekend β and every bit of that is something a brand will pay to be associated with.
To be clear on scope: this is about sponsoring the event you're already hosting β not bidding for the rights to host it. If your city runs tournaments, showcases, or multi-day sporting events, we help you turn them into sponsorship revenue the same way we do for a full season.
A mid-size city's parks & rec department runs an annual summer league tournament weekend β historically just a line item in the department's budget, with signage and banner space nobody ever thought to sell. Zubie Five values the weekend's sponsorship assets and brings in three local businesses to split a title-sponsor package: banner placement, a vendor booth, and a welcome table for the out-of-town teams filling up local hotels. The tournament runs at no net cost to the city, and the department has a package ready to sell again next season.
You're simply connecting us to the programs in your jurisdiction, and we take it from there.
How we're paid depends on the kind of deal, and we're paid only when sponsorship money is actually collected:
When a sponsorship is tied to one specific league, facility, or program, it follows the same flat 20% commission as youth sports leagues, high school athletics, and nonprofits, with no seasonal minimum and no change in rate on renewals. On single-program deals, your city or department pays nothing, and we're not billing you for the introduction. Those terms are published on How We're Paid.
When one agreement covers sponsorships across several leagues, parks, or facilities under one department, it is priced as a flat program fee scoped to that specific engagement, not a percentage commission. It works the same way as our Managed Market Programs for brands. We agree the number directly, so none is published, and the fee is paid by whoever is funding that program. Who that is depends on the deal and is worked out case by case, so a bundled deal may be funded by the sponsor side, the city or department, or another party. We confirm who is paying in writing before anything is signed.
